This is the measuring with meters (table):
Justifications:
- A Km is ten part (0.1) of one hectomer because we are changing a bigger fraction with a smaller one,so this means that it cannot complete the whole unit to conform a kilometer. That's why we put the 0 zero, after the 0 we put the (,) for separed the small fraction with the units. the we put 1 because 10 hectometers conform 1 km so it cannot complete the whole km but it is 1 part of the 10 hectomers that conform a kilometer so in fractions it would be 1/10 = to 0.1.
- So in to others 5 justifications is the same but if it complete all the unit so it would be example : 1,0 these means that it conform the whole unit.
- Also it would be a one km is 0.01 decameter because it whole cannot complete the unit so it would be 0 and the (,) to separed the units and the decimeter, centimeters, miles and etc.. so the after the (,) it not complete a decimeter so thats why the other 0 and finally the one 1 because is only one part of a decimeter to form a kilometer.
